We also need to verify your credentials using the documentation listed in the form below. Please fill in all fields. Failure to do so will invalidate your application. Please note, we use a risk assessment service to validate your documents. All data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of validating the identity of the customer to safely enable the hiring equipment from us as a service provided by UP Studios on this web site.

COLLECT/RETURN
Please collect from and return to our studio in Angel, Islington, N1.
Collection is from 4pm the day before your hire period. Return by 10am the day after the last day of your hire. Collection is allowed only by a named individual with ID if the registered customer is not the person collecting. We don’t do delivery or collection. We are open 7 days a week. Collection and return can be arranged outside office hours by arrangement if possible.
On street parking is usually available, though subject to street traffic. We are outside the congestion charge zone. Old St and Angel are the closest tube stations.
INSURANCE
We require evidence of Hire In insurance to ensure we are both covered in the unlikely event of anything going wrong. Please submit using the above form.
